NOMA Student Design Competition | 2023
Fall 2023
Student chapters of the National Association of Minority Architects (NOMA) designed concepts for the Williams & Russell Project, a restorative justice project that addresses systemic injustices against Portland’s Black community. Thirty-eight chapters participated in the Barbara G. Laurie Student Design Competition, the largest number of university participants in its history. First place went to Cornell University; second to Auburn University; and third to University of Southern California. For all submissions.
