Jackie Santa Lucia
Senior Development Manager

Jackie leads client relationships, business development, operations, and project management, for equitable project delivery. 

Jackie is a real estate development professional dedicated to community-driven development, economic investments, and climate solutions in the built environment with over 15 years of experience in civic projects, education institutions, museums, market-rate commercial and residential, and non-profit organizations.

Prior to Adre, Jackie was a Project Architect/Project Manager for Hacker Architects leading the design and construction of large public projects, museums and educational buildings, working with community partners, design, and construction consultants.

Prior to Hacker, Jackie was a Project Architect/Project Manager at Ewing Cole in Philadelphia and New York as part of the cultural studio, with lead clients of Smithsonian Institute, including Cooper Hewitt, National Museum of Natural History, National Museum of Native American, and National Museum of American History.

For over 10 years, Jackie has been an educator of high school aged youth and university students, leading design as a tool for social justice. Jackie co-founded and was the program director of Your Street Your Voice fostering community relationships across Oregon, and providing paid learning opportunities in design and construction to over 150 youth annually.  

She has been an architectural critic at University of Oregon, Portland State University, Philadelphia University, Drexel University, University of Pennsylvania and Syracuse University.
