Frewine Kiros
Development Associate
Frewine supports project and construction management, consultant and vendor management, and community and government partner interface.
She is a real estate development professional with expertise in equity and inclusion in the workplace. Frewine believes that the institutions of real estate, education, and criminal justice have served as pillars to uphold inequities in our country. She envisions using real estate as a tool to close those gaps, namely the racial wealth gap.
Prior to joining Adre, Frewine founded and managed two businesses that now run independently. This includes The Center for Equity and Inclusion (CEI), which partners with organizations around the country to provide support by refining policies and workplace culture that lead to more equitable outcomes, spending nearly a decade coaching executives, developing curriculum, and facilitating training sessions.
Through CEI, Frewine learned that women and people of color were underrepresented in commercial real estate. This led her to develop CEI’s award winning brick and mortar headquarters in the Alberta Arts neighborhood.
Frewine graduated with a Master of Real Estate Development from Portland State University (PSU) with a focus on real estate valuation, finance, economics, and property management.
Frewine was the co-chair of PSU’s Real Estate Emerging Leaders and Design Committee Member of Portland Public Schools’ Center for Black Student Excellence. She serves on the Financial Beginnings USA Board.
