She is a real estate development professional with expertise in financial modeling and feasibility analysis. Her public sector experience highlights her ability to manage complex projects and budgets effectively.

Delia believes that real estate development can be used as a powerful tool for the stewardship of vibrant and equitable communities. She leverages 8 years of experience in real estate development and local government to further projects that center equity and sustainability. 

Before Adre, she served as Project Funding and Agreements Coordinator for the Seattle Center Redevelopment coordinating city budget allocations, planning, and contracts for capital improvements.

She honed her expertise in design and historic land use review as Planning Assistant for the City of Portland's Bureau of Development Services and climate action planning at the City of Santa Monica. 

Delia previously worked as a Development Manager at project^, where she honed her expertise in financial modeling and project management for mixed-use developments across the Pacific Northwest.
