Dana is a development manager committed to social justice and equity with over 6 years of experience shaping the built environment.

She is driven by her commitment to community-driven development, economic solutions, and design excellence. Dana focuses on the most vulnerable populations, including BIPOC communities, system-impacted people, persons experiencing homelessness, and aging populations.

She joined Adre to help realize our vision to build equity and intergenerational wealth through homeownership and real estate investment among Black and other underrepresented communities.

Prior to Adre, she worked at Gehry Partners as an architect and urban planner, where she worked on the LA River Master Plan, the Restorative Justice Master Plan, and the Southeast LA Cultural Center, among numerous other projects. 

Before joining Gehry Partners, Dana attended the Harvard Graduate School of Design where she co-founded the inaugural Black in Design Conference in 2015 and launched the African American Design Nexus.

Dana co-founded ECCO Studios, a Los Angeles based non-profit organization that introduces at-risk youth to the various design professions, teaches them design thinking and skills, and provides mentorship as they navigate college admissions and internship opportunities. She also serves on the USC Architecture Guild and the Materials & Applications programming board.

Dana is a licensed architect in the states of California and New York and a member of the American Institute of Architects.
