With over 20 years of experience, Catherine leverages her affordable housing financing and development expertise to help manage complex transactions at Adre. 

Catherine is the Principal for NYAH Advisors, LLC, a New York City and Portland, Oregon based affordable housing advisory firm that she founded in 2016. Catherine's expertise spans from initial feasibility assessment through project completion. 

She excels in complex financial modeling and underwriting, managing structured finance transactions that combine bonds, tax credits, and various government subsidies. Her comprehensive approach includes coordinating land entitlement processes, orchestrating third-party consultants, and preparing federal, state, and local funding. 

Prior to launching NYAH Advisors, Catherine served as Vice President of Development at the New York City Housing Development Corporation, where she played a pivotal role in closing over $1 billion in tax-exempt bond financed developments comprising approximately 7,000 affordable housing units. 

Catherine worked at one of New York City's largest affordable housing developers, focusing on the financing and redevelopment of a master-planned 700 unit development including a 130,000 square feet college building, seven mid- and high-rise mixed-income apartment buildings in the South Bronx. 

She is a member of Housing Oregon, member of National Women in Affordable Housing Network’s Oregon and New York and has been a panelist at New York State Affordable Housing Conference and at Women in Housing Finance NYC.
