Anjelica Rivas
Development Manager

Anjelica focuses on project and construction management, leading consultant teams, and community and government partner interface. 

She is a real estate development professional with expertise in affordable housing and accessibility consulting, committed to creating socially, physically, and economically inclusive urban environments.

Prior to Adre, she was a Development Assistant at Structure Development where she helped developers navigate the financial and political processes involved in securing funding to develop affordable housing. During this time, she helped to create affordable housing developments within rural and urban cities across Texas.

Prior to affordable housing development, she worked as an Accessibility Consultant with Altura Solutions, where she worked with private developers to create affordable multifamily developments, and cities to create city-wide accessibility transition plans.

Anjelica is a volunteer with ACE Mentor Program, a no-cost after-school program that prioritizes workforce development for high school students by connecting them with experts from the design and construction industry.
