She is dedicated to equitable access to the urban environment by way of development that is socially, physically and economically accessible. 

She joined Adre to help progress our vision of increasing opportunities in Real Estate development and investment within underrepresented communities.

Prior to Adre, she was a consultant at Structure Development where she helped developers navigate the financial and political processes involved in securing funding to develop affordable housing. During her time as a consultant, she helped to create affordable housing developments within rural and urban places across the State of Texas.

Prior to affordable housing development, she worked as an accessibility consultant with Altura Solutions, where she worked with both private developers to create affordable multifamily developments, and cities to create City-wide accessibility transition plans.
